*** We do sometimes see established patients outside of these hours, but this is by appointment only. We are not available by phone or portal outside of the hours listed above.
For requests outside of the above hours:
Emergent needs or potentially life-threatening medication side effects: call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.
Urgent needs (out of medications, non-emergent medication side effect, etc): Proceed to a local urgent/convenient care.
Non-urgent needs: Send a message or schedule an appointment through the patient portal.
