Who is eligible?

This service is available for current patients of Smart Health and Wellness. Most routine labs should be collected fasting, so ensure to clarify if this is required.

Pricing

The lab we use is not in-network with any insurance plans, however many report their cash rates are often better than the lab copay through insurance!

For example, our standard panel includes CBC, CMP, lipid panel, HgbA1c, and TSH and even completely out of pocket, you pay a little less than $30!

* Some test results may take longer because the test itself takes longer to conduct.
